Starting in 2021, Kappa Xi Alpha has hosted an annual PSK Career Night. The career night is a unique alumni event as it is focused on career advice, life after college, and preparation for finding the first job out of school. This event is a great opportunity for alumni to meet the undergrads (and recent grads), and share what they've learned. All alumni are welcome at this event - whether you're a recent grad, or graduate in the 50's, your experiences and knowledge will help prepare the undergraduate brothers for life after WPI.

Alumni who volunteer will have the opportunity to talk about their industries, share advice, connect undergraduates with job opportunities, and help with resume critiques. We've found that the most successful career nights are the ones with the broadest array of experiences, backgrounds, ages, and career paths. With that in mind, we would love to see you at the next career night!

Each career night starts with a moderated round-table discussion with the goal of sharing knowledge to better prepare the undergraduates for landing a job. The second half of the evening is focused on break-out sessions with one-on-one resume critiques, mock-networking scenarios, interview prep, and other workshops focused on specific job-search related skills.
